1. 研究目的与意义

探索研究木薯酒精废渣型煤的最佳工艺参数,使木薯酒精废渣型煤具有作为锅炉燃料的必要的物理性能(密度、抗压强度、跌落强度),满足燃料制作、包装、运输、存放、燃烧等过程对物理性能的要求。

通过试验研究,可以为木薯酒精废渣型煤的生产以及木薯酒精废渣型煤燃烧设备的研制提供基础数据。

2. 国内外研究现状分析

国外研究现状:生物质成型燃料燃烧设备具有加工工艺合理、专业化程度高、操作自动化程度高、热效率高、排烟污染小等优点,但也存在着使用燃料品种单一、易结渣、电耗高等缺点。

国内研究现状:目前,我国对生物质成型燃料燃烧所进行的理论研究很少,对生物质成型燃料的燃烧机理及动力学特性研究才刚刚开始,关于生物质成型燃料燃烧理论与数据还没有人系统地提出。关于生物质成型燃料燃烧设备的设计与研究几乎是个空白。

3. 研究的基本内容与计划

总体任务:以气化后的木薯酒精废渣、稻草、烟煤为原料,对其进行配比,确定最佳成型参数,制备木薯酒精废渣型煤。对木薯酒精废渣型煤进行物理性能测定,研究成型工艺参数对木薯酒精废渣型煤物理性能的影响。

4. 研究创新点

目前我国能源消费量大,利用率低,主要是以煤炭石油天然气等化石能源为主。能源紧缺,本实验利用气化后的木薯酒精废渣,以气化后的木薯酒精废渣、稻草、烟煤为原料,先对其进行配比,再通过冷压成型设备进行压缩,制备酒精废渣型煤一定程度上利用了气化后的酒精废渣的余热,避免浪费,另一方面,气化后的酒精废渣挥发性高,与烟煤配成型煤,提高了燃料的燃烧性能。
